February is coming to a close, and we're ok with that. All the rain, sleet, and snow had us traveling to warmer climes (or at least drinking like we'd left town.) And the drinks were a bit unusual, using ingredients like spinach, rose petals, galangal, and persimmons alongside old faves like bourbon. Plus—beer from Sweden! Here's the best of what we sipped.
