We have raspberries on the brain this week, and we're not just drinking them in beer. After citrus, these berries are perhaps the most perfect fruit for cocktails: they're tart and sweet, and tend to lend full flavor to whatever drink they're muddled in. Here are five options we highly recommend.

We like it when summer drinks are easier than pie: this delightfully fresh beverage comes together in a flash. Muddle some raspberries and shake 'em up with rum, lemon, and a little agave syrup, then top it off with spicy ginger beer. Drink and repeat.
