At the end of each month, we usually regale you with tales of our hometown exploits: the cocktails (and other drinks) we loved at bars near us. But February was a month of traveling for many on the Serious Eats team, and those trips meant some pretty exotic sipping: a straw stuck into a fresh coconut in Thailand, a lager on the beach in Kenya, a mix of housemade frozen yogurt and strong coffee in Vietnam, and hot Coca-Cola with ginger in Hong Kong. (Some of us just stayed home and enjoyed some under-$20 wine, but we won't complain.)
