Head barman Brandon Burkart has been on the team since Haddingtons opened in Austin, Texas on New Year's Eve of 2011. Since that day, the all-American tavern has won over the hearts of many local cocktail lovers. Located downtown, this casual joint's long indoor bar and airy patio are especially popular during happy hour.
The menu showcases a pretty wide range of classic and modern cocktails, but their collection of creative whiskey libations is particularly impressive. On chillier evenings (by Texas standards), you'll want to unwind with a Duck Fat Sazerac (and an order of the velvety truffle egg custard on crusty bread.) The bartenders draw from local flavors for inspiration, such as using a Mexican hot sauce to add heat to the Some Like It Hot cocktail.
