The cocktail resurgence is in full swing, and one of the most fun parts of editing this site is getting a chance to check out the latest concoctions from talented bartenders all across the country. (Ok, you're right, it's also fun to declare it Tequila Tuesday and mix up a roundup-full of new drink recipes in the office.)

This year we checked out a bunch of cool distilleries, learned how to make our own Irish Cream, limoncello, and ginger liqueur, developed our knowledge of cocktail basics, and drank our way through the cheap stuff.
