Kahlúa From Bean To Bottle
A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to travel on a press trip to Mexico to see firsthand how Kahlúa is made. We started where Arabica coffee is grown, and then checked out the giant distillery in Mexico City. (Plus, I gorged on great eats along the way.)
My new favorite way to drink Kahlua: shake with vodka and espresso for an Espresso Martini
Kahlúa starts with sugar cane and coffee beans grown in Veracruz, but there's a long way from bean to bottle. Check out the slideshow to see behind the scenes at Kahlúa.
