There's pretty much nothing wrong with a perfect Pimm's Cup, and we tend to divide the year into Pimm's Cup Season and sad, cold Non-Pimm's Cup Season. But if you have a whole bottle of Pimm's No. 1 and you've drunk a Cup or four already, you might start to wonder what else you can make with it.
For myself and many others, it's a drink that instantly evokes England. I see Pimm's and I think damp rolling green hills, punting down winding rivers, summer suits and boat races, manicured lawns and garden parties.
