A truly great drink is an occasion in itself—finally opening that bottle you've been saving is something to celebrate. (And we're jealous that Kenji had a great bottle of Burgundy to open.) The Best Drinks We Drank in February

February was a month of traveling for many on the Serious Eats team, and those trips meant some pretty exotic sipping: a straw stuck into a fresh coconut in Thailand, a lager on the beach in Kenya, a mix of housemade frozen yogurt and strong coffee in Vietnam, and hot Coca-Cola with ginger in Hong Kong.
