Every month the Serious Eats crew scouts out the best stuff to drink: newly released beers, cool new cocktails, spirits you should know about, and favorite recipes for refreshing non-alcoholic drinks. We've been getting into the warm weather lately, trading our toddies for mai tais and our Imperial porters for pale ales. It's been a month of good drinking.
