For a long time, anyone working behind a bar was called, well, a bartender. But more recently, terms like "mixologist" have become much more prevalent. Is "mixologist" a way of designating a skilled cocktail shaker—or is it just a pretentious and unnecessary term? We asked 10 bartenders what they called themselves; here's what they have to say.
