Sweetwater's Sin ($12)
White port comes into play in this drink, brightened by pisco. Richness and depth are added by a bit of maraschino liqueur and Gran Classico. You can order it by it's alternate name, too: The Creedence Clearwater Reviver #2.
Grandad's Suckerpunch ($11)
A blend of Old Grand-Dad Bonded bourbon, ruby port, Bittermens Amère Nouvelle, lemon, and Angosturra bitters. The sweet richness of the bourbon is lightened by the punch of bitters and citrus. Per the menu's description: "Don't make him tell you twice."
Spanish Coffee ($10)
Made using an intense coffee syrup that's thinned with hot water to avoid the 10-minute delay that brewing coffee fresh would cause. This is subtly spiked with Spanish brandy, rich cream sherry, creme de cacao, and topped with whipped cream.
Miss Lilac Sour ($10)
Old Overholt rye, Cocchi Torino vermouth, lemon, and a red wine reduction is capped with frothy egg white foam. A distinctly tannin-laced grape character comes through thanks to the wine reduction.
Looking Glass, $9
Cognac, Tawny port, Kina L'Avion D'Or, orange juice, and bitters (both Angostura and orange bitters) come together in this rich winter-ready punch.
