What's the one thing that can make milkshakes—even awesome milkshakes—even better? Booze, of course. At Stack'd Burger Bar, you can get a great burger and onions rings (see my AHT review) and follow it up with a spiked milkshake.

There's a number of flavors to pick from, including grasshopper and orange dreamsicle, along with a new shake special each month. To get in the mood for summer, May's shake is S'mores, a concoction of vanilla ice cream, mashmallow fluff, chocolate syrup and graham crackers. Spiking with creme de cacao is optional, but highly recommended.

The shake is light on chocolate, allowing the graham and marshmallow flavors to shine through. The creme de cocao adds a chocolatey boost, but it's not overpoweringly alcoholic. The graham crackers are crushed finely except for a few larger chunks left at the bottom of the glass. Overall, it's a very balanced shake, which is impressive, since something so sticky-sweet as marshmallow fluff could easily overpower everything else.

Enjoy the burgers, but definitely save room for a shake. Or drink your dessert first?
