Though summer may still feel like it's waiting in the wings, the summer seasonals are starting to appear on the beer shelves. Last year, we rated our favorites, but of course, new batches can vary.
Lately, we've really been enjoying the Twilight Summer Ale from Deschutes, which manages to be really grainy but still crisp, with a bit more heft than many summer ales. The Amarillo hop bitttnerness lingers, like a squeeze of citrus on whatever you're eating (try it with grilled chicken or a burger.)
What summer ales have you been looking forward to?
