Rhubarb lovers anticipating spring will be tantalized by the scent of this tea; it's nearly as fragrant as a bubbling pot full of rhubarb-strawberry compote.
But the brewed tea is delicate, not sweet or juicy, just balanced, slightly creamy green tea with a hint of tart fruit. It's not overly grassy or nutty, which we appreciated. It's a lovely light afternoon cup, but it's no substitute for rhubarb pie.
